Aubrey's Story...

Our DANCESCAPE community is coming together to support one of our own dancers, Aubrey Davis, during an unimaginable time.

 

6-year-old Aubrey, and her mom Chelsea Edwards were recently involved in a devastating accident involving a gas can explosion on Monday, June 8th. Aubrey has suffered extremely severe burns and remains in critical condition at Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, where she is fighting for her life every single day. Chelsea also sustained serious burns and is recovering while supporting her daughter through this hardship. In the midst of everything, Chelsea also welcomed a new baby girl into the world a few days after the incident.

 

The road ahead for this family will be long and incredibly difficult, filled with ongoing medical care, hospital stays, travel, recovery, time away from work, and caring for their family during an unimaginable season.
