Service Description

Fluid movement and raw emotion — dance with your heart and body and delve into storytelling. Designed to make exercise fun and improve choreography-retention, you'll learn 30-60 seconds of contemporary choreography with the opportunity to showcase your dance skills at the end of class in smaller groups. Difficulty level: Beginner to Intermediate.
