From building technique to hitting your fitness goals, our adult drop-in classes make it easy — no long-term commitment required. CHOREOGRAPHY-BASED
Learn fresh, fun combos every week! Each class starts with a quick warm-up, then jumps right into instruction of a 30–60 second routine. You'll have time to break it down, clean it up, and finish class by dancing full-out in small groups — building confidence, refining your performance, and hyping each other up along the way!
FITNESS-BASED
Dance your way to a healthier you! These follow-along classes blend cardio with stylized dance moves for a fun, fitness-focused workout. Classes begin with a quick warmup, followed by continuous dance combos for the ultimate workout. Expect to get your heart rate up, boost your energy, and pick up a few moves each week!
